It's Vancouver's latest epic karaoke experience where the band is real, the crowd is singing along, and the star of the show is YOU! Whether you're singing your heart out or just vibing with with the crowd, these events are always a blast.

How does Live Band Karaoke work?

Just like regular karaoke, there are screens with lyrics that are synced to the music so you know exactly WHAT and WHEN to sing. Come up on stage solo or drag a friend (or 3) up with you. We've got the mics, the lights, the band and the lyrics - all we need is you!

We have a selection of 60+ of the best emo and pop punk hits from 90s and 2000s to pull from. Have a special request? Let us know a few weeks ahead (DM us on Instagram) and we'll see what we can do!

New For May 30th:

Due to overwhelming demand from our last event, we will be implementing new processes to speed-up change-overs and get as many people on stage as possible. All song requests will be organized into "sets" of 10-12 songs based generally in the order in which they were received. We will then slightly re-arrange the order of songs based on guitar tuning to minimize transition time.

Each person may only go up on stage ONCE until we have gone through the whole song request list. This includes singers going up in groups. Once everyone has had a chance to sing we will open up additional spots. This is to ensure fairness and to ensure as many people go on stage as possible.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: Youth tickets are valid for youth under 19 with a valid government or student ID (will be checked at the door). Minors are permitted at The Rec Room until 10PM with a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
